Ljubljana Tourist Card rated third-best in Europe

In a comparison test of European city cards conducted by the Euro Test website, which is managed by the German Automobile Association (ADAC), the Ljubljana Tourist Card achieved an excellent third place.

The Ljubljana Tourist Card's excellent ranking is particularly due to its covering all the city's top 10 attractions, its whopping great average discount of 100 percent on all offers, and its very favourable price.

The winner of the comparison test, which involved 16 cards in 14 cities, was Vienna's Wien Card. The runner-up place was taken by the Oslo Pass, followed by the Ljubljana Tourist Card in third place. The three top-scoring city cards all received a 'Good' rating.

The assessment of city cards was based on criteria such as the card price, the inclusion of the city's most important attractions and public transport in the offer, the location of the major attractions within the public transport zone covered by the card, the accessibility of information about the card and its offers, and the card's availability at important sales outlets and on the internet.
