We want to give Ljubljana gastronomy faces, stories about the people who create it and locations where gastronomic stories live and the diversity they create. We present interviews through the eyes of its creators as well as through the eyes of those who experience it. Tourists, residents of Ljubljana, foreigners living here, as well as culinary experts, lovers, supporters.

At the Ciril-Metodov Trg square, in the facilities of the former watchmaker’s, you will find the Klobasarna (sausage shop) – an interesting shop, which unites the two great trends: resorting to the local, domestic, traditional food and the every more popular concept of street food.
