Slovenian Culinary Art – cooking workshop
Join a workshop led by the Cook Eat Slovenia team and learn how to prepare an authentic Slovenian meal. The workshop will teach you about Slovenian culinary traditions as well as modern approaches to cooking.
Following a tasting session of typical Slovenian starters, you will prepare, under the tuition of an experienced chef, a three-course meal consisting of a hot starter, the main course, and a dessert. Meanwhile, you will get acquainted with the history of culinary art and winemaking in Slovenia and learn about cooking ingredients and dishes typical of different Slovenian regions.
Once the cooking is done, you will be able to enjoy your meal and taste various Slovenian wines and freshly prepared homemade juice. The workshop will be rounded off with a tasting session of Slovenian schnappses and homemade liqueurs.
The price includes the workshop fee, food and drinks, entertainment, a cotton apron, and a presentation on Slovenian culinary art.
Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays at 18:00.

The workshop requires a minimum of 2 participants. The maximum number of participants is 12.
