Enjoy superb culinary delights and perfectly suited accompanying wine in the magical surroundings of the Castle Vineyard, which stretches out on the southern slopes of the Castle Hill. Since 2016, some 1,050 vines of the castle varieties Belpin and Rdečegrajc have been planted there.
Among the castle vines, you will be pampered by chef Igor Jagodic, who, together with his team, recently received the prestigious Michelin award “The Plate” for his culinary achievements. For the second year in a row, he has also been awarded four “toques” and 17 points by the Gault & Millau culinary guide. Seasonal vegetables and fruits, local meats and quality ingredients from local producers, all assembled to complement the grapevine, are woven into a five-course dinner that you simply must experience.
