Odprta kuhna (Open kitchen) is a one of a kind food market and one of the most popular culinary projects in Slovenia that brings food lovers and culinary adventurers to Ljubljana's city centre every sunny Friday from March until November.

The open kitchen food festival will once again announce the beginning of Spring. Initially, it will be open every sunny Friday between 10 am and 9 pm, but on warmer days, visitors of Pogačarjev trg will be able to enjoy until 10 pm. In the coming months, many of the already popular eateries will be joined by new providers. Culinary events will be enriched by occasional visits by top chefs who do not normally participate in the Open Kitchen, while street artists and popular DJs will provide additional entertainment.
