The Festival Hall is one of the most renowned inter-generational centres in Slovenia. Once known as the Baraga Seminary, the building from the late 1930’s designed by architect Jože Plečnik houses today the Academic College, the Mladinsko Theatre and the Pionirski dom educational & cultural institution, which manages the Festival Hall.

The Viba Film Studio Ljubljana, located at just ten minutes’ drive from the city centre, functions as the national technical film base.
