The second edition of the European Food Summit will take place in November
One by one, we have contacted all the speakers from our program – the chefs, writers, wine makers, theorists, activists, journalists - and more than 90% of them have confirmed their presence in the fall, when we shall open our doors in Slovenia to attendants flying from all over the world. 7th – 9th November, that is five months from now.

Švicarija: art and culture in the heart of Tivoli Park
The renovators tried to preserve as much as possible from the original Švicarija and turned to Slovenian Gorenjska region for inspiration. The wall décor, the tiles, most of them have been restored so you can enjoy a true 19th century experience.

How do you find a real Russian dacha next door to Ljubljana?
Once again, the wonderful house slid into neglect. Today Happily, in 2011 the dacha was declared a Slovenian cultural heritage building, and in 2016 its future was secured when the Slovenian entrepreneur Aleš Musar bought it with the passionate determination to fully renovate and restore it as a living cultural meeting place.

In 2015, we expressed an interest in organizing one and it was then decided that the association's 2016 annual conference would take place in Ljubljana in June, simultaneously with the annual Slovenian Political Science Days. I am the main organizer of both conferences, which is probably partly due to my position in CEPSA and partly to my long-standing experience in leading the national association of political science. 5.

The Conventa Week 2021 is over - a reportage
This year’s Conventa was really special for many reasons, one of which being, as already mentioned, the fact that Miha Kovačič, one of the key players in the Slovenian congress industry, has recently left the Slovenian Convention Bureau after 16 years at its helm. The new director is Tadeja Pivc, who took over his position in September.
