Grandpa Frost’s Cottage and Processions From December 21 to December 30, the festively decorated Grandpa Frost cottage will be in Zvezda Park, where children can visit every day between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM (except December 24), with elves providing entertainment. From December 26 to December 30, Grandpa Frost will greet children in the cottage from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM.
