Dinner with a world-renowned chef and his plant-based menu

The event will take place on Thursday, June 27, 2024, at 7:30 PM. in Grashka Deli, on the ground floor of Center Rog. On this evening, Leonardo Fonseca Celis will spoil you with his culinary masterpieces.

His first professional restaurant was in Noma in 2013, after which he worked for several years in important restaurants, including Michelin stars. For two years he worked as the head chef of the restaurant El Chato, today the best restaurant in Colombia, which is the thirty-fourth of the fifty best in the world. In Slovenia, he worked for five years as head chef at Hiša Franko and then for one year on other Ana Roš projects such as Ana in Slon in Jaz.

Since last December, he has been on his own path as a chef. He will prepare a vegan menu for you, which will be a real treat for your taste buds and a feast for the eyes. The wine accompaniment will be provided by friends from Ruralla with natural good wines and soft drinks.

Members of the Grashka can use a member discount on the regular menu price and wine pairing. Wine escort is not included in the price and is calculated at the end of the event.

In case of bad weather, the event will be held indoors and they will only accept the first 25 registrants.
