VODNIK HOMESTEAD ŠIŠKA: What Comes Next After the Renovation?

Before relocating back to Šiška, which is expected to happen by the end of the year, Vodnikova Domačija Šiška invites you to a tour and conversation with the creators of the program! The renovation of Vodnikova Domačija is nearing completion—the house is now statically and fire-safe, renovated, and sunlight streams through the new windows! Only a few cozy corners remain to be furnished, where you can retreat and where programs will be created for you.

During the event "Cela Šiškarija – Cultural Quarter Šiška Presents," you are invited to join a walk through the renovated but not yet open Vodnikova Domačija. Joining you will be the team managing Vodnikova Domačija: Tina Popovič, Katja Preša, Gaja Naja Rojec, and Maja Rotter from Vodnikova Domačija, Maša P. Žmitek from the Center for Illustration, and Andrej Hočevar and Damjan Zorec from the Ljubljana Office, UNESCO City of Literature. After the tour, there will also be time for a chat and your ideas on what Vodnikova Domačija, the house of books and illustrations, could become.
