Craft Beer Workshop

In just a few hours with a master brewer, you’ll turn four basic ingredients into real beer. Malt, pristine Kamnik water, Slovenian hops, and wild yeast cultivated by the brewer himself will come together through mashing, lautering, and boiling – all the way to the final stage, where only patience remains as fermentation works its magic.

The brewer will share his methods, knowledge, and experience with you, and pour you a glass (or two!) of fresh beer straight from the fermenter. After a few weeks of fermentation, he’ll bottle your creation – and you’ll be able to pick up a pack of ten bottles of your very own beer.

The workshop lasts 4–5 hours and spots are limited.
