Your trip will take you to three local farms where you will be able to experience the essence of rural life and meet the locals. At your first stop will get acquainted with the cheese-making process and learn about the production of “trnič”–a local delicacy, known as the cheese of love. The first tasting will be followed by a visit to the neighbouring farm featuring a microbrewery situated right beside a hop plantation. The brewery produces 5 types of beer, each characterised by a unique story and taste. Next, you will visit a farm with a wine cellar, which in addition to wines serves a wide variety of juices. After the tasting, you can head out for a short hike to the top of the Sv. Miklavž Hill or instead choose to relax at the Terme Snovik Spa.
The price includes return transport from Ljubljana, visits to the cheese dairy, brewery, and farmhouse, a workshop on the production of trnič, and three separate tastings (cheese, beer, cold cuts, and spirits).
