Culinary trip to Slovenian Istria

Treat yourself to a superb culinary experience in the region of Slovenian Istria.

This trip gives you an opportunity to explore the picturesque villages of this interesting region, get an insight into their rich history, and taste some of the delicious local specialties at a tourist farm. The trip also includes a visit to the famous Sečovlje Salt Works, where you will learn about the area's rich history of salt making, and a tour of the famous medieval coastal town of Piran, where you will be allowed time to bathe in the sea.

The price includes two tastings of Slovenian wines and olive oil, admission to the Sečovlje salt flats, Istrian dishes for lunch, transfer, and guidance.
