Your trip to the Ljubljana Marshes will include a visit to the Mali Plac Nature Reserve in the surrounding area of the town of Vrhnika, where you will explore the remains of Europe's southernmost raised bog. At the nearby Jurč Peat Bog, you will be able to see and feel the area's peat ground.
The Technical Museum of Slovenia, located in the vicinity of Vrhnika, is the country's largest museum. It is housed in Bistra Castle, formerly an abbey, and surrounded by a scenic park with a fish pond and a forest nature trail. Particularly outstanding among its numerous collections of technical heritage is the collection of Tito's limousines, which tells a lot about the late president's lifestyle.
The price includes return transfer from Ljubljana to the actual tour departure point, tourist guidance, and admission to the museum.
