Idrija - UNESCO heritage

Get to know Idrija, a small town with a rich tradition of bobbin lace making and mercury mining.

This tour acquaints you with the town of Idrija's remarkable industrial and natural heritage, including the 'klavže' logging sluices as an important monument of engineering heritage, a "bottomless" lake called Divje jezero (Wild Lake), Slovenia's shortest river, the treasures held by the Gewerkenegg Castle Museum, and the tunnels of the town's abandoned mercury mine, one of the world's most interesting attractions of its kind. 

The price includes all tour costs: guidance, transfers and admission fees.
