Conventa gathers meetings industry professionals in Ljubljana

The 6th Conventa Southeast European trade show for meetings, events & incentives highlights Experience, Engagement, Education, Emotions, Energy and Entertainment. Considered as one of the most anticipated professional meeting industry gatherings of 2014, Conventa will again heat the meetings floor in Ljubljana from 22 to 23 January 2014.

The last edition of the show has convinced 138 exhibitors from Slovenia, Croatia, Austria, Montenegro, Serbia, Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Italy, Macedonia, and for the first time ever also exhibitors from Turkey, to present their offer to buyers at Conventa. The same goals for attendance have been set for 2014. So far a good half of the expected 140 exhibitors have already booked their booths. Great interest for Conventa has also been shown by meeting planners from all around the world. By January organizers expect to confirm 250 hosted buyers.

The upcoming edition will bring an added value by focusing on extra experience, engagement, education, emotions, energy and entertainment. Compared to past shows, buyers attending the 6th Conventa will spend an extra night in Ljubljana and thus have the opportunity to familiarise themselves better with the destination and providers of meeting industry services from the SEE region. Their Conventa journey will start and finish with fam trips to Ljubljana, Bled, Zagreb (Croatia), Carinthia (Austria) and the region of Friuli Venezia Giulia (Italy).

The highlight of the show will be the new educational programme offering professional education at Conventa Academy, continuing with morning basic and expert level sessions and rounding up with Conventa Experts Corner, short sessions hosted by experts covering different meeting industry fields.
