Gourmet Cup Ljubljana 2018 is a culinary event that will take place between 27 and 30 January 2018 in Ljubljana and at Krvavec Ski Resort. The event will offer 4 days of world-cuisine with a selection of top Slovenian and international chefs, an expert conference led by Ana Roš, the World's Best Female Chef 2017, and traditional skiing/culinary programme at Krvavec that will provide for a tasty conclusion to the very first month of the new year.

The Cable Car Dinner at Krvavec, taking place on Saturday and featuring chefs Bine Volčič, Karim Merdjadi and Luka Jezeršek will be followed by Gourmet on the Snow on Sunday. On Monday, a conference moderated by Ana Roš will take place in Ljubljana, featuring a number of distinguished experts who will be discussing current trends in catering and culinary arts.

On Monday evening chefs Ana Roš, Luka Jezeršek and Philip Rachinger will prepare a very special culinary experience accompanied by a selection of premium wines at the Ljubljana Castle. The rich programme will conclude on Tuesday with the traditional Gourmet Cup Krvavec ski competition.

For the very first time the event is organized as part of Ljubljana Tourism brand Ljubljana Gourmet and in partnership with Ljubljana Tourism and Jezersek Catering. The goal is to take advantage of the enormous culinary potential of Ljubljana and Slovenia, and successfully promote it as part of our tourist offer.
