The concept of Jaz by Ana Roš is youthful, a young space and is a space for everyone. "Call me young dining," Ana would say.

JAZ doesn't follow the rules of fine dining; on the contrary, they encourage you to share food and plates among yourselves at the table, creating that magical feeling of mutual love. Just as we share bread, symbolizing close ties and connection. Jaz by Ana Roš is a place where different cultures and intense flavours meet, where new stories are written, and traditions are revived.

In Slovenian, Jaz, Jaz – Ana. In Arabic, Ana means Jaz. In the English language, it symbolizes fragrant flowers, a treasure bearer, and a strong, defined personality, while in Arabic, it embodies an unstoppable fighter who wants and must fulfill their desires, and consistently follows their principles. Jaz are the eyes.

Chef Ana Roš's culinary creativity, just like at Hiša Franko, a three-Michelin-starred restaurant in the beautiful Soča Valley, also in JAZ by Ana Roš, is based on locally sourced food and light flavours. Dishes at Jaz are simpler and follow the season. The market serves as inspiration, and the wealth of experience from an international team ensures a perfect breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Elegant and serious, a bit funky, a bit rock'n'roll.
