When we started hiking, anywhere, I decided I am not going unless there’s a hut offering refreshments at the top. On Cankarjev vrh, named after a famous Slovenian writer Ivan Cankar, who lived there between 1910 and 1917, there is a lovely inn with an even better garden. It offers treats, lots of traditional Slovenian dishes and sweets you definitely shouldn't miss.

Ljubljana welcomes new EasyJet route from London Gatwick
Wedam Flights will operate four times per week: Monday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday with fares starting from 21 € one way per person. It is distinguished by its properly maintained paths, open air exhibition grounds displaying attractive large format photographs, a pond, numerous statues and fountains. The Prešeren Roses, the first Slovenian rose species, are planted in the park. The Tivoli Park originates from the two parks, which were surrounding the Podturn and Cekin Mansions.
