Climbing in Ljubljana
Before indoor climbing gyms, Rimc, as the climber-friendly side of the wall is affectionately known, had been the most convenient practice spot for local climbers. These days, it gets a lot less traffic, but is still a very cool experience since it offers so many different problems and options. To get to the wall from the city center, walk down Barjanska street and turn right onto Mirje street.

Mrs. Mojca, the head chef of the inn, shared one of the recipes with us, which we can now try ourselves, for that "homemade with a twist" gathering at home.

Ljubljana–Kamnik
Besides the charming town centre, sites worth seeing include the Little Castle (Mali grad), Zaprice Castle and the Ursuline convent in Mekinje. Kamnik is also an excellent starting point for various hiking trips to the surrounding peaks. The most famous of them is the high-mountain plateau of Velika Planina, where the Alpine herdsmen take their cows each summer.
