Etno Histeria World Orchestra is a unique international project that brings together more than 80 musicians from around the world every summer.
In just one week, they co-create more than two hours of original music – without sheet music, by ear, through an intense collaborative process. The repertoire is based on traditional and original themes, and during the tour, the orchestra delivers vibrant concerts full of cultural diversity, improvisation, and a truly unique musical experience.
From 28 July 2025, the music gathering Etno Histeria will take place for the twentieth year in a row, bringing together 84 musicians from 21 countries to form the Etno Histeria World Orchestra 2025. This year, the orchestra will perform eight concerts between 1 and 8 August, accompanied by a series of announced and spontaneous musical actions, daily interventions, and community encounters.
As part of the tour, the orchestra will also enchant audiences across Slovenia – on Monday, 4 August, they will perform at Prešernov trg (Prešeren Square) in Ljubljana.
You're warmly invited!
The members of this year's orchestra come from: Slovenia, Croatia, France, Chile, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Belgium, Finland, Spain, Austria, USA, Argentina, Germany, Italy, England, Canada, the Netherlands, Estonia, Switzerland, and Australia.
Mentors 2025: Petra Onderuf (SK), Claudia Schwab (AT), Matija Solce (SI), Tilen Stepišnik (CZ), Aleš Zorec (SI)
