As part of the accompanying program of Slovenian Jewelry Week (SIJW 2026), we invite you to the heart of creative activity in Ljubljana, where a group of top Slovenian designers will present their work.
Under the collective name Dimensions of Jewelry, 14 renowned designers of precious metal jewelry and a designer of unique lighting fixtures will present their work. The group is united by a passion for contemporary design, an immense love of handcrafting, and constant exploration of the expressive possibilities of precious metals. Through precise and patient handiwork in the processing of precious metals and the selection and setting of precious and semi-precious stones, their creative power is transformed into pieces of jewelry that tell stories, convey messages and meanings, and thus create jewelry in different dimensions.
Designers combine their traditional goldsmithing skills with modern techniques and approaches, bringing ancient perceptions of the world closer to us and transforming them into contemporary feelings.
They draw inspiration from themselves, their experiences, and their aesthetic view of the world. The result is a variety of designs that are the product of individual approaches. However, despite their individuality, they come together as a whole that reflects a shared love for this type of creation.
