The Lighting Guerrilla Festival celebrates its 20th anniversary in 2026, once again transforming Ljubljana’s public spaces with outstanding light installations, projections, performances, and contemporary art. This year’s theme, Diversities, explores a wide range of artistic approaches, perspectives, and experiences, while examining light as a medium of space, identity, technology, and society.

Recognised as one of the leading international light art festivals in the region, the festival invites visitors to discover interactive installations, ambient light works, and open-air events across the city. Special focus is placed on emerging artists, creative collaborations, and new public space projects.

Outdoor installations will be on view daily from 9:30 PM to 11:30 PM. Free guided cycling tours of the festival venues will take place every Wednesday and Saturday, starting in front of Vžigalica Gallery.
