Join the Romans and discover the secrets of ancient Emona together with them.

The Romans in Ljubljana festival is a free family-friendly event that brings ancient Emona back to life for one day.

Families, equipped with a map, set off on an exploration trail through the Archaeological Park Emona and other selected locations across the city. At each stop, they will find creative workshops, Roman characters, demonstrations, and games, where they collect stamps to enter a prize draw.

The festival encourages curiosity, hands-on learning, and intergenerational connection.
