The chef and cookbook author, recognized as one of the pioneers of plant-based cuisine in our country, presents a wide range of knowledge in vegan nutrition under her brand Barbarella. She initially found her expression in pastries, which she enhanced with trendy vegan snacks, and in her new bistro, she introduces more ambitious dishes made from plant-based ingredients that elegantly combine bistro classics with modern culinary trends.
