A chef who was born into the hospitality industry and has been involved from a young age in a successful family catering business, where selected top-notch cuisine and care for guests are paramount. In his role as the executive chef and strategic projects manager, he focuses on promoting traditional Slovenian cuisine, enhancing it with modern skills and new perspectives on cooking. He is a prominent figure in Slovenian culinary arts, actively promoting and supporting the Slovenian gastronomic scene through both his family business and frequent public appearances.
