WALK ALONG THE RIVER

The walk along the connecting river, organized by the magazine Modre novice and co-organized by the Institute for Tourism and Sport Kamnik and the Institute for Sport and Recreation Domžale, takes place on the footpath along Kamniška Bistrica. In 2022, more than 3,200 hikers were able to learn about the activities of paper workers, firefighters, fishermen, campers, mountaineers, beekeepers, water polo players, relax at yoga or participate in interesting prize games. Many participants walk the entire route from Kamnik's Main Square to Domžale's Martin Krpan Park and thus earn symbolic gifts. Some people even walk in both directions!
