Odprta kuhna (Open kitchen) is a one of a kind food market and one of the most popular culinary projects in Slovenia that brings food lovers and culinary adventurers to Ljubljana's city centre (Pogačarjev trg) every sunny Friday from March until November.

Initially, it will be open every sunny Friday between 10 am and 9 pm, while on warmer days visitors to Pogačarjev trg will be able to enjoy the event until 10 pm.

In the coming months, many of the already popular eateries will be joined by new vendors and culinary programme will be enriched by occasional appearances from top chefs who do not regularly take part in the Open Kitchen.

Avoid the crowds and book your chosen menu to secure a seat at Open Kitchen on a Platter!
