The Vogel Ski Centre is a popular ski resort situated in the scenic surroundings of the Triglav National Park. The aerial cable car running from Bohinj to Mount Vogel affords scenic views of Lake Bohinj. The ski slopes at Mount Vogel are not very demanding and are therefore suitable for the whole family. A diverse choice of culinary offerings and activities are available.
During the summer, Mount Vogel is a popular lookout point easily accessible by aerial cable car. Excellent views can also be enjoyed while taking a ride on the four-person chairlift to Orlove glave. Mount Vogel is also a popular base for treks to nearby peaks. Guided trekking trips are available to visitors.
The resort's winter offerings include 14 ski runs, a snow park, a children's park, a ski and snowboarding school, a ski equipment hire service, several cross-country ski trails, a hotel, a restaurant, a hostel, and log cabin accommodation.
