Shortly after its soft opening, the restaurant delights both hotel guests and many external ones with its innovative menu and extensive wine list, not to mention the exclusive accessories - Bauscher porcelain and Riedel glasses on top. The hotel operation, including the refurbishment and opening, was carried out in less than two years, and was partly financed by the European Regional Development Fund.
