FROM HORJUL TO KORENO
You ascend through forests, meadows, and pastures to the village of Prosec where you leave the road to Polhov Gradec and ride towards the houses and outbuildings to the end of the asphalt. From here, the route proceeds on a gravel road, mostly in the shelter of the forest, but in places the world opens up and you look out across grassy hayfields and up Alpine slopes again.

Nebotičnik (Skyscraper)
The slightly above 70-metre high Skyscraper was built on the model of American skyscrapers and equipped with several technical novelties of the time, including fast lifts, air conditioning and fuel oil central heating. Originally Švicarija was a wooden guest house opened in 1835, which soon became a popular excursion point for the residents and visitors of Ljubljana. The noted architect Ciril Metod Koch designed and built Tivoli Hotel on the same spot in 1909, which went on to become a well-known gathering place for artists, bohemians and workers.
