Kodeljevo swimming pool Basic description Šport Contacts In the morning, the Kodeljevo swimming pool complex is used for training by swimming clubs and water polo clubs, in the context of the City of Ljubljana’s annual sports programme. Training takes place in the recreational pool until 9.00 a.m. and in the Olympic pool until 11.00 a.m. Afternoon training sessions begin at 5.00 p.m. in the Olympic pool and at 7.00 p.m. in the recreational pool.

5th Velike Lašče–Dobrepolje hike along the Brodnik trail

The hike is dedicated to the life of Janez Brodnik (1813, Ponikve), who, through determination and perseverance, contributed significantly to the development of the local area by building the parish church in Velike Lašče and the region’s first masonry school. Special emphasis is placed on the legacy of the Brodnik family in the local context. Along the route, key cultural landmarks of the Velike Lašče–Dobrepolje area are presented, including the site of the “Dragon’s Nest”, where the story of the little dragon Ponikel and the dragoness Raščica is told.
