Trnovski pristan embankment
Lokacija The Trnovski pristan embankment stretches across the riverside area between the Prule Bridge and the point where the Gradaščica channel empties into the river Ljubljanica. In the past it was used for unloading the boats carrying stone from the Podpeč Quarry, intended for the construction of buildings in Ljubljana.

Ljubljana–Kamnik
Kamnik is separated from Ljubljana by just over 26 kilometres of cycling route. Head north from the centre of Ljubljana and cross the river Sava. Cycle past Ježica and just before Trzin turn onto a pleasant macadam road that will take you almost to Kamniška Bistrica. Then follow one of the cleanest rivers in Slovenia all the way to the final destination.

Ljubljana–Litija
Continue through the outskirts of Ljubljana to the point where the Ljubljanica flows into the Sava and then follow the river from here all the way to Litija. The route, which is actually just a small section of a long-distance cycling route, takes you through a series of little riverside villages, with the river on one side and forested hills on the other.

Together for a Clean Ljubljanica
