From 16 to 19 March, the European Food Summit will bring together the greatest minds in culinary, art and media, whose stories will aim to motivate listeners to engage in a more progressive thinking and work toward a brighter and more sustainable future.

A number of events will be held, including an expert symposium under the guidance of renowned Slovenian chef Ana Roš and Italian journalist Andrea Petrini, one of the most influential voices in the culinary world. In partnership with Tourism Ljubljana and its Gourmet Ljubljana brand, you can join a culinary walking tour with Ljubljana’s very own culinary masters around the city and its cultural monuments and sights and later join a new season pre-premiere of Odprta kuhna, a culinary open kitchen market in the beautiful lobby of Križanke summer theatre.

You will have a chance to participate in one of the most unique experiences Krvavec Cable car dinner, an unforgettable dinner in the magical ambience of the Ljubljana Castle or the Krvavec ski competition, which will be accompanied by culinary pampering of chefs and much more.

The main theme of this year's Symposium will be "Food - Bridge to a Sustainable Identity of European Cultures and Nations" with Ana Roš and Symposium Curator Andrea Petrini, one of the key players in the gastronomy sphere.
