Ljubljana hosted the General Assembly and International Conference of the European Cities Marketing Association (ECM) that was attended by two hundred participants from 27 countries.
Additionally, Petra Stušek, Msc, managing director of Ljubljana Tourism, was elected the president of the association. This position will certainly allow Ljubljana to further establish itself on the map of highly successful European congress destinations.Read more
In 2018 CD Congress Centre hosted the 26th Conference of the European society of thoracic surgeons with 1300 delegates.
As this event is usually attended by experts also from countries such as Japan, South Korea, China, India, Canada, USA and South America it is actually considered a prestigious world congress among professionals.Read more
