Le petit café, located in a town square named after the French Revolution, is a French-style café on the ground floor and a restaurant on the first-floor.

The café serves a choice of breakfasts, hot drinks, snacks, and desserts such as chocolate cakes, pies, and Belgian waffles. It has a nostalgic looking interior and a pleasant outdoor seating area with a view of the monument to the Napoleonic Empire's Illyrian Provinces and the Križanke summer theatre.

The restaurant serves mostly dishes made to French recipes, matched with a fine choice of premium Slovenian wines.
