Lepa Žoga

The Lepa Žoga (“Beautiful Ball”) sports bar, where there’s always a game on TV, is a popular hangout for Šiškars. In addition to hosting travel lectures and concerts, this is also the place where you can swap stickers of football players. On Wednesdays between 10:00 and 14:00, it’s practically mandatory to try the famous “hodok” – that’s hot dog in the language of Šiška. In the morning, stop by the bar’s coffee zone (Kofetna Postaja) for a much-needed caffeine boost and get yourself a cup to go, which you can easily attach to your bike thanks to the convenient holder that comes with your brew. In the evening this is the spot to stop on your way to a game or a concert. What’s more, Lepa Žoga has some of the longest opening hours in Šiška. Just don’t expect to party till sunrise, because it closes at midnight. However, if you start early enough and put your mind to it, a horrible hangover is still guaranteed.

Menu choices: local beers (Pelicon, Vizir), internationally-branded beers (Heineken, Guinness), cocktails, breakfast, desserts, snacks.

Amenities: summer garden, winter garden, screen showing sporting events, children's play facilities, live music, DJ nights, wireless internet access.
