Pursuant to the Regulation on Tourist Tax in City of Ljubljana the amount of the tourist tax is € 2.50 (per person per day). On 1 January 2019, the provisions of the Promotion of Tourism Development Act (ZSRT) shall become in force, which introduces, besides the tourist tax, the charge of promotion tax in the amount of 25 per cent of the tourist tax.
