The hypocaust system worked by heating hollow spaces beneath the floor, allowing warm air to rise through hollow clay bricks behind the plastered walls, thus warming both the floor and the walls. Renovation of the Ljubljana Town Hall

The gathering place for the regular daily guided city tours, taking place at 11:00, 14:00 and 17:00 in the summer months, will remain in front of the Town Hall throughout the renovation.
