Ljubljana–Logatec
This route heads out of Ljubljana in the direction of the coast. Leave the city and cycle towards the Ljubljansko Barje Nature Park, which you will then skirt for a while. The Barje wetland is a unique natural region of marshland and peat bogs and in prehistoric times was home to communities of pile-dwellers.

Trg francoske revolucije square
The lower end of the square is lined by Auersperg Palace (Turjaška palača), once owned by the House of Auersperg, dukes of Carniola. The Palace, now housing the City Museum of Ljubljana, was built from a number of older houses in 1642 and renovated several times since. Its front façade, adorned with pilasters and a classical entrance portal, hides an arched Baroque courtyard.

Tivoli Mansion: International Centre of Graphic Arts
Mondays and public holidays closed. 24 December 10:00-14:00 25 and 31 December and 1 January: closed Location In the 13th century, a defence tower owned by the city's governor, Baron Jorg Alpfaltrer, was standing on the hill above the present Tivoli Mansion (Tivolski grad). The tower, known under the name of the Turn, was burnt down by the army of Ulrich II of Celje during his unsuccessful siege of Ljubljana in 1448.
