History shows that it is one of the oldest and most nutritious foods in the world." A. Rothchütz-Ravenegg  Antonija Rothchütz-Ravenegg, wife of Baron Rothchütz, was actively involved in the family beekeeping business and researched the uses and beneficial effects of bee products.
