Electric attachments for wheelchair users
The strategic direction of Ljubljana is accessibility for people with disabilities. In an effort to make Ljubljana's tourist offerings more accessible to them, two electric attachments for wheelchairs are available for free rental on Adamič-Lundrovo Embankment.
Users only need to present a personal identification document and a deposit, which will be fully refunded upon the return of the undamaged attachment.
The SPEED3X electric attachment enables people in wheelchairs to move more easily and quickly, covering longer distances. It attaches easily to the wheelchair, and the connecting element has adjustable height and width, making it suitable for virtually any wheelchair without special adaptation. With a single battery charge, it has a range of up to 40 km, allowing wheelchair users to join friends and family on bike rides or walks around the city.
