The city that had at the time approximately 20,000 residents was constantly patrolled by almost 300 soldiers in the city centre alone. The share of congress delegates whose accommodation was booked in hotels and guest houses / B&B decreased from 73% in 2017 to 64.8% in 2018, keeping in mind that the hotel occupancy in Ljubljana in the exact dates of the congresses surveyed was between 96.8% to 98.2% (September-October) and 90.8% (end of November).
