The highlight in 2014 was the 40th World Scout Congress – WSC 2014, which was the most international event by the number of the delegates' countries of origin ever held in Ljubljana and Slovenia (1,200 delegates from 130 countries).

  • ICCA statistics: Ljubljana ranks 64th on the world list of convention cities

    [image[10584]] Last year, Ljubljana hosted 26 conventions included in the ICCA survey and shared 64th place with Brisbane, Florence and New Delhi. On the list of top European convention cities Ljubljana ranked 35th, after Reykjavík and Porto, and shared its ranking position with Florence. The cities ranked immediately after Ljubljana were Belgrade, Dresden and Nice, which hosted one convention less than Ljubljana, and Graz, where two conventions less than in Ljubljana were held.
