Dramatic music and a passionate story promise an unforgettable operatic evening.

Puccini’s opera Tosca, set in Rome in the year 1800, will come to life with a star-studded cast: American-Canadian soprano Sondra Radvanovsky as Tosca, American tenor Jonathan Tetelman as Cavaradossi, and Welsh bass-baritone Sir Bryn Terfel as Scarpia.

The SNG Maribor Symphony Orchestra and the SNG Maribor Opera Chorus will be conducted by the Lithuanian maestro Modestas Pitrėnas, a graduate of the Mozarteum University, who currently leads the Lithuanian National Symphony Orchestra.
