The programme brings together three contrasting musical worlds.

Granados’s suite Goyescas draws on the art of Francisco Goya with its poetic and colourful expression. Liszt’s Dante inspired fantasy unfolds a dramatic and almost symphonic soundscape. Prokofiev’s Piano Sonata No. 8 reveals powerful energy and great technical intensity.

All works will be performed by Leo de María, a pianist with wide international experience and a distinctive artistic voice.
