The Ave Chamber Choir has been active since 1984 and is considered one of the most important Slovenian chamber choirs.

The choir was founded in Ljubljana under the leadership of Andraž Hauptman. It brings together singers from Slovenia and the diaspora and regularly performs both at home and abroad (Europe, the Americas, Africa). The choir has won numerous awards at international competitions and received several distinctions, including the Prešeren Fund Award and the Order of Merit of the Republic of Slovenia. Since 2025, it has been led by Ambrož Čopi.

The concert will take place in the monumental Plečnik-designed Great Reading Room of the National and University Library (NUK) in Ljubljana.
