Climb up to Bled Castle, built on a steep cliff. From here, you will have the most beautiful view of the lake and the surrounding Julian Alps.

Next is a visit to the largest lake in Slovenia: Lake Bohinj, an oasis of pristine nature. Its emerald-green water reflects the mighty peaks of the Julian Alps, creating a perfect backdrop for relaxation and nature observation.

Our journey continues to one of the most spectacular and historically significant waterfalls in Slovenia – the Savica Waterfall. It is more than just a natural sight; it is also a cultural symbol. It served as inspiration for the greatest Slovenian poet, France Prešeren, who set his epic work The Baptism at the Savica right here. It was also visited by the naturalist Balthasar Hacquet and the enthusiastic explorer of the Alps, Archduke John of Austria.

Access to the waterfall involves a pleasant but steep forest walk (about a 20-minute climb up 553 stone steps), which takes you past Black Lake (Črno jezero) to the viewing point.
