Embark on an unforgettable journey through the Karst underworld, world-class cuisine, and history, ending with a sunset on the Slovenian coast.

We begin our tour with a visit to the Skocjan Caves, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The path leads through massive underground chambers filled with stalactites to the spectacular canyon of the Reka River. We will cross the Cerkvenik Bridge, which suspended nearly 50 meters above the riverbed, and conclude the tour with an ascent back to the surface.

Following the underground exploration, we will stop at a traditional Karst farm. The focus will be on local delicacies: a tasting of authentic Karst prosciutto, cured in the local "burja" wind, accompanied by homemade cheese and olives. We will also enjoy a glass of Teran, the region’s signature red wine.

Next, we continue to Predjama to see a world-famous landmark—a castle built directly into the heart of a vertical cliff. We will explore the history of this impregnable fortress, visit the living quarters and armory, and learn about the legend of the knight Erazem of Predjama.

The day concludes on the coast in Piran, an ancient port town known for its medieval walls and narrow streets. We will walk to the central Tartini Square, climb to the church overlooking the town for a panoramic view of the bay, or enjoy some free time for coffee before returning home.

Combining natural wonders, premium Karst cuisine, and rich history, we will end the day with an unforgettable sunset in romantic Piran.
