One of Hungary’s most prestigious orchestras, the Budapest Concert Symphony Orchestra, an ensemble with a rich musical tradition and international acclaim, takes the main stage of Cankarjev dom.

Under the baton of its artistic director András Keller, the orchestra will be joined by the exceptional pianist Rafał Blechacz, winner of the renowned 2005 Chopin Competition.

The evening will be highlighted by Blechacz’s virtuosic and emotionally charged interpretation of Chopin’s Piano Concerto No. 1, infused with his signature elegance, refined sensitivity and impeccable technique. The concert will conclude with a powerful, dramatic and vividly orchestrated performance of Tchaikovsky’s Symphony No. 4, showcased in all its expressive depth and orchestral brilliance.
